Chief Financial & Risk Officer
Jack Bensimon is Chief Financial and Risk Officer of Clickrisk, a global leader in providing consulting services and innovative technology solutions.
Jack joined Clickrisk in 2004, where he is spearheading the development of strategies to mitigate financial and business risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Jack has been in the investment industry since 1993 and has worked extensively with investment banks and financial institutions. Jack is a Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA), both licensed by the global leading authority on Internal Auditing, The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He is also a candidate for the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Forensic Examiner (CFE) qualification.
Jack has developed, tested, designed and implemented various risk controls, including leading Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) client engagements, in order to minimize enterprise risks. He is active in shaping the corporate governance and internal controls framework in Canada (i.e., Bill 198), and recently participated in SOX consultative roundtable discussions with leading business executives held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO).
Jack was previously the Chief Financial & Compliance Officer for SwiftTrade Securities Inc., Canada's largest proprietary day-trading firm in Canada spanning over 54 offices worldwide. He is dual licensed with securities regulators in both Canada and the U.S. (SEC/NASD) and brings a wealth of securities compliance, financial and risk management experience to the Company.
Jack graduated from The University of Toronto in 1993, with an Honours B.A. in Economics/Mathematics.
